• Timely payment of fees as agreed in service contracts

Limitations of Liability

HSE Mentors LLC's liability is limited to the scope of services specifically contracted. We provide professional opinions and recommendations based on available information and industry standards. Implementation and ongoing compliance remain the client's responsibility.

In no event shall HSE Mentors LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Payment Terms
