Chest Compressions : Rescue Breaths
Remember this ratio for each cycle

Place hands on chest center

Put heel of one hand on breastbone between nipples. Place other hand on top, fingers interlaced.

Push hard and fast 30 times

Press at least 2 inches deep. Let chest come back up completely. Push 100-120 times per minute.

Give 2 rescue breaths

Tilt head back, lift chin. Pinch nose closed. Make seal over mouth and give 2 breaths, each 1 second long.

4

Keep going without stopping

Repeat 30 compressions and 2 breaths until help arrives. Don't give up - every second counts!
